If Superman leapt the tallest building, how hard would he come down?

Superman debuted in 1938. Back then, the tallest building stood at 449 ft, antenna included (Empire State Building). So if someone of Superman's durability and increased density would jump 450 feet and come down at a good speed, with what force would he hit the ground below and how much damage would it do?|||with 450ft, he has plenty of time to accelerate to terminal velocity.

the way he falls determines this velocity. if presents a slim profile to the air resistance (head first or feet first), up to 250mph

if he does the superman position (belly-to-earth, like skydivers), about 120mph

it'll hurt either way|||To be honest, Superman would not crash to the ground. He drinks Red Bull and it gives him wings. That's why he can fly. No crashing on the other side. Science proves me to be right.|||Speed would be human terminal speed, which is around 250 m.p.h. the force depends on how much the body weighs.|||Did anyone ever wonder how he could take off without crushing the sidewalk? The action (leaping) would require an equal and opposite reaction (crushing the sidewalk). After he did that, probably to impress Lois Lane, I would hope that he would fall a trifle short and place the building's antenna where the sun don't shine, so he would not come down to the ground.
