Can someone tell me the difference between Superman and Superboy powerwise?

Hey guys. I'm wanting to know the difference between Superman and Superboy powerwise? Like in the new t.v. show Young Justice. How come Superboy doesn't have all of Superman's powers? Like flying for instance? In my opinion, I think that flying is a big major thing to have when it comes to Superman. Thanks.|||all of the superboy stuff ive seen he could fly
