Personally I don't see how superman would win I mean he is more mortal than Goku is but I want other opinions.
My friend says that superman would kill Goku but superman can get killed by kryptonite but Goku can't get killed that easily only a heart disease and that was cured.|||So many of these fight questions I find rather difficult to resolve. Honestly, most depend on circumstance. But i won't chicken out of answering, I'm just going to describe the scenarios.
First we have the man of steel, Superman. You have the Golden Age Supes who jump high and far but not fly. He could lift a car but that was about his limit. Next we have the Silver Age/pre-crisis Supes who was all powerful. He was literally the most powerful being in his universe, punching planets going back in time by flying backwards. My favorite incarnation is the current or Obsidian/post-crisis Superman. Strength limit of several hundred thousand tons, could fly at light speed but can't shatter time and space boundaries, heat vision etc, and is capable of withstanding nuclear explosions but not completely invulnerable.
Next we have Goku. Goku has gone through constant training and growth and his power level is relative to when and what level he chooses to fight at. During the Saiyan saga he was the pound for pound best fighter on earth, not necessarily the strongest. Strong but not yet the mind numbing level of power people associate with him. This is more or less his "normal". Next we have SSJ, now we're starting to talk about some serious ability. Capable of destroying planets yes, but that feat would require effort at this level. SSJ2, planetary destruction is potentially accidental. SSJ3, planetary destruction is likely. SSJ4, it's inevitable.
I don't know to discount silver age Superman and SSJ4 Goku because of their truly ridiculous powers or have them face off. While I think about we'll start bottom up...
Golden Age Supes vs "Normal" Goku:
In terms of physical strength and durability they're pretty even. Goku has the advantage of speed because at this point Superman is as fast as a bullet, Goku is shown to be faster. More specifically Goku's combat speed is well out of Superman's league. This advantage is present on all levels. Superman may fly faster but Goku can land twenty times as many hits. As general rule if the physical combat is matched then Goku's ki gives him the edge.
Result: Goku wins a good fight, similar to his victory over Piccolo
Obsidian Age Supes vs SSJ Goku:
Undoubtedly the best fight of the punch. Superman is faster but Goku's combat speed is insane. Superman is physically stronger and tougher but with his ki techniques Goku makes up the difference. Defensively Superman has a clear advantage but offensively is outclassed. This is like the 2000 Ravens playing a game against the 2007 Patriots. The fight comes down to "can Superman dish out enough punishment to match what he takes?", vice versa, "can Goku take what he dishes out?" Supes can win by atrition so long as the Kamehameha doesn't wipe him out. Goku can win by landing a couple good ki blasts but cannot afford to miss.
Result: This is one could easily go either way. Honestly I would call this a draw but since I don't want call a draw. I very very very tenatively give it to superman. Much like Superman vs Doomsday.
Obsidian Age Supes vs SSJ2 Goku:
Same man of steel against an ascended saiyan, who is now faster, stronger, and tougher than before by some measure. Superman is still the more durable but at this level it doesn't matter. He's lucky if he lands a punch. It's like the 2000 Ravens vs Israeli special forces.
Result: This one is ugly, like Heidy Montage ugly. Goku wins in a slaughter.
Silver Age Superman vs SSJ2 Goku:
This reminds me of Goku vs Cell. The opponents are matched in strength but one just can't do any damage to the other. Goku still has the ever present advantage of combat speed but now Supes can physically outclass Goku. Techinically the Kamehameha is much more powerful than anything Superman has up his sleeve but it's irrelevant, he take more than Goku can dish out.
Result: It's a good looking fight but it's never close. Superman wins without much trouble.
Obsidian Age Superman vs SSJ3 Goku:
This fight ends when Goku wants it to. Superman is truly and completely outclassed in every way possible. It's the 2000 Ravens vs Godzilla, nuff said.
Result: Even Lex Luthor would feel pitty for the man of steel.
Silver Age Superman vs SSJ3 Goku:
This reminds me of the fight against Kid Buu. Absurd amounts of damage will be exchanged. Unlike SSJ2, SSJ3 can legitimatley damage Superman but that damage is limited. Goku's only real chance is combat speed where he still puts Supes to shame. Mano y mano I just don't think it's enough. There are only three attacks that could beat Superman in Goku's arsenal at this level; kamehameha, dragon fist, and spirit bomb. Give him enough time to charge an attack and goku could win but I just don't think he'll be given that opportunity.
Result: Great fight that the outcome is not really in question. Basically it's Superman's to lose.
Silver Age Superman vs SSJ4 Goku:
Yaweh vs Allah
Result: We all lose because the universe is destroyed in the conflict.|||I think that Goku would win because superman can't get more powers or powerful than he already is and goku's power doesn't have limit and every time he get faster powerful and new powers. And Goku can feel the energy of a person he can have surprise attack.

|||The strongest incarnations of Superman (eg Pre-Crisis Superman) could defeat Goku. For example, Superman can destroy an entire distant solar system with his super sneeze.

Superman has been known to easily move planets from one solar system to another barehanded, to other times he has thrown planets to vast distances of the universe, outmuscle black holes, and once in a battle with one of his descendants altered the course of the time stream continuum. Superman can fly across the universe to distant galaxies and distant planets in other solar systems through space warps and is known to fly across the solar system in no time mostly to get his mind off things. He can even travel through time.

I guess i'm just not a big Goku fan because I think the character is waaay too powerful to the point that there would be no real challenge for him. I mean how fun would it be to watch a battle with a character so powerful his sneeze could probably destroy the whole solar system?|||My personal bias says Goku would win.
However, Goku only had one story, and his powers are set in stone by the end of it (because it actually ends).
The thing with Superman is he's never consistent, and with each new writer and revision his powers and strengths change.
It is more possible for Superman to win than Goku, sad to say.|||Chess wrote something very interesting, so i am having doubts
but still, i think Goku would beat superman, since superman does have a weakness
and Goku doesnt. and if still goku doesnt win the first fight
Saiyajins have an unlimited potencial
so probably Goku will eventually beat Superman
I can just imagine goku being happy about fighting against superman|||Goku. Because Goku has special powers like kame hame wave. He can fly too. He's strong. Superman can only fly and carry very heavy things and be super strong and etc. He doesn't have long ranged attacks like Goku does.|||Goku :P i bet superman cant teleport i bet superman cant blow up planets with his finger tips goku would own superman|||all goku would have to do is put the kryptonite in his hand and kamae ha maha(or however its pronounced) superman.....|||Superman! I mean come one he is pretty much invincible and he has the backing of the Justice League.|||Of course Goku will win|||Goku.. weird cause i just answered your other question before.
