Who would win in a battle between Batman and superman?

I was just wondering, after having a arguement with a friend, who would win in a battle. Batman or Superman.|||Superman of course, being from Krypton coming to earth he had super powers, Batman AKA Bruce Wayne is a human being with a smartarse sidekick and an utility belt.|||I am tired of this debate too, the only time I've ever seen him lose to Superman was when he used the fight to fake his own death.





I mean seriously, the guy can actually sneak up on a guy with super hearing, which by it's very definition should be impossible. And by the way, he keeps kryptonite in his utility belt, not that clark couldn't take the belt, but, he has it on him.|||Ugh I'm so sick of this debate because there is no debate.





Batman wins.





1. There are countless times when Batman beat down Supes without Kryptonite. Simply put, Batman always has a plan to take down Supes. Supes ASKED HIM TO HAVE A PLAN!





2. As stated above, Superman asks Batman for help. Batman is one of the top dogs of DC and without powers he's still among the most feared and respected. Why? Because he's freaking Batman.





3. The Justice League wiped his mind when they did it to Doctor Light so that he wouldn't know about it. Why? Because he's that feared.





4. Batman has prepared for the worse.|||Batman for sure. After they were attacked by the Justice Lords (Justice League from a different dimension) he decided to constantly keep kryptonite on his person.





So, he whips it out and Superman goes down in a gasping heap! He doesnt even have to break a sweat n_n|||Superman, of course. Batman has no superhuman powers, rather extremely well developed human powers, his equipment and his friends Bat Girl, Alfred, Robin, Chief O'Hara and Commisioner Gordon.|||basically Batman would need to have some weapons with kryptonite to beat superman. otherwise superman would just grab bats and throw him into the air and let him fall. or crush him like a bug.|||Superman for sure. Batman just has gadgets. Superman has superpowers|||Batman, he blends in with everything.|||Batman
