the one power occasionally granted to Toddler Clark is strength -- as shown in the 78 Film by holding the truck and I believe Smallville mentioned a time or two how Clark would punk or kick a hole in the wall of the house... that said even if a spanking or time out didn't physically harm him the psychology of being swatted in front of or separated from his peers would have been an effective punishment|||in hind sight re-reading it it does come off humorous, but I think you grasp what I was aiming for
